Processing Time
Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after your confirmation email is received (weekends and holidays excluded). You’ll receive a follow-up notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, Velourense will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your package directly through the designated carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Velourense cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays or for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout. If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact our support team and we will gladly help investigate and resolve the issue.
